As the Manager of IT Asset Processing, you’ll be a key operational leader at the heart of Securis, maximizing the financial and environmental return on every asset that moves through our facility. The Manager of IT Asset Processing is a hands-on operational leader responsible for directing day-to-day processing operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This leader will define and execute strategic plans, champion continuous improvement, and inspire people to achieve new levels of performance and quality. By strengthening safety, compliance, and collaboration across departments, you’ll shape the systems and culture that make operational excellence sustainable, and play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of Securis. The right candidate thrives in both the production environment and the conference room, balancing people leadership on the floor with process improvement, metrics analysis, and strategic execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing, technical repair, logistics, or IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing frontline teams in a production or operations environment.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing strategies that drive measurable improvements in efficiency, workflow, and overall operational performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience demonstrating strong analytical and operational management capabilities.
  • Hands-On Operational Leadership: Leads by example on the production floor, motivating teams, solving problems in real time, and driving throughput and efficiency. Combines day-to-day operations management with strategic planning to deliver consistent performance and lasting improvement.
  • Lean & Continuous Improvement Expertise: Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or similar process improvement methodologies to achieve measurable efficiency gains and cost reductions.
  • Analytical & Data Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret data from ERP/WMS systems to inform decisions and improve outcomes; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present operational insights and strategies to executive leadership.
  • Organizational Agility: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, execute strategic initiatives, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Safety & Compliance Awareness: Deep understanding of OSHA and environmental standards with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Processing Department to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all workflows.
  • Own the operational flow of assets, optimizing throughput, reducing cost-per-unit, and maximizing residual value recovery for the business.
  • Lead and empower a team of 6–8 technicians, fostering accountability, growth, and alignment with Securis’ core values: Coachable, Hungry, and Humbly Confident.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles. Design and implement scalable policies, measurable quality controls, and process improvements that enhance productivity and compliance.
  • Champion a culture of safety and integrity. Ensure full adherence to OSHA, NIST, DoD, and environmental standards to protect employees, clients, and company reputation.
  • Partner closely with the Resale and Logistics teams to align priorities, accelerate turnaround, and optimize the value of every processed asset.
  • Deliver clear reporting and performance dashboards to the EVP of Operations, translating key metrics (cycle time, cost of labor, value recovery rate) into actionable insights and measurable improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define goals, establish success metrics, and ensure departmental initiatives align with company-wide growth strategies.
  • Encourage creative problem-solving and innovation at every level to drive efficiency, profitability, and employee engagement.
