We’re looking for an experienced infrastructure leader who’s passionate about people, performance, and purpose. As Manager of Infrastructure Support , you’ll guide a high‑impact team responsible for our core infrastructure—servers, storage, cloud, and beyond. You’ll set the vision, elevate the team, and ensure our systems are dependable, secure, and aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives. What will you do? Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of highly skilled Infrastructure & Platforms Engineers. Hire, train, and onboard new Team Members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support employee growth and development. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous learning. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high levels of performance and exceed expectations. Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement the team's strategic plan, aligning with the organization's overall technology roadmap and business objectives. Define and prioritize team objectives and projects, ensuring they deliver maximum value to the organization. Monitor team performance against key metrics and identify areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service delivery. Infrastructure Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure environment, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Manage and optimize infrastructure costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains. Ensure compliance with all relevant security and regulatory standards. Technical Oversight: Maintain a strong understanding of current and emerging infrastructure technologies (e.g., cloud computing, virtualization, containerization, automation). Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality. Manage project risks and effectively resolve issues. Collaboration & Communication: Hire, train, and onboard new Team Members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of highly skilled Infrastructure & Platforms Engineers. Collaborate effectively with other departments across the organization, including development, operations, and security teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, on technical and project-related matters. Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and committees.
