Requirements
- Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or home care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of local healthcare networks (preferred)
- Passion for serving seniors and families
Responsibilities
- Community Outreach & Growth Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and referral partners
- Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach opportunities
- Develop strategies to grow referrals and increase community awareness
- Operations & Leadership Oversee daily operations of the personal care agency
- Recruit, train, and support caregivers and office staff
- Collaborate with clients, families, and RN to ensure quality care plans
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards
- Support scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting functions
