About The Position

The Manager of Global IT Service Desk oversees the daily operations of the IT Service Desk, ensuring users receive efficient, high-quality technical support. This role leads a team of Service Desk Support Analysts through supervisory staff, manages escalations, and maintains consistent service standards. Success in this position requires strong technical expertise, effective leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer sciences or related field and 5-10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a technical support or customer service team
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
