About The Position

As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of FP&A, Hardware to lead financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering across Hardware and Hardware Programs. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and experience managing financial processes and teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA or CPA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, and AI-driven technology).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather key assumptions and ensure cross-functional consistency.
  • Analyze financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial and operational data.
  • Support long-term inventory tracking and forecasting for various hardware SKUs.
  • Partner with fulfillment team to evaluate inventory levels and make decisions around purchases.
  • Identify ways to streamline and automate ongoing inventory reporting and management.
