The Manager of Expense Optimization plays a critical role in driving cost-efficiency across the organization. This leader spearheads cross-functional initiatives aimed at identifying and implementing innovative strategies to reduce operational expenses. By partnering closely with senior leadership, the Manager designs and executes process improvements that align store operations with enterprise-wide goals. The role is responsible for developing scalable operational structures and initiatives that consistently deliver measurable cost reductions, enhance productivity, and support long-term financial sustainability. This position is based out of Sprouts' Store Support Office. Candidates must live, or be willing to relocate, to Phoenix, Arizona.
