About The Position

The Manager of Enterprise Analytics Infrastructure is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a secure, scalable, and high-performing analytics ecosystem that supports the organization’s strategic and operational goals. This role oversees both cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring seamless connectivity, data accessibility, and system reliability across a hybrid infrastructure. The manager provides hands-on leadership to a team of engineers and administrators and collaborate with IT teams for networking, system integration, DB administration and platform operations, including servers, VMs, load balancing, single sign-on (SSO), firewalls, monitoring, and disaster recovery. They drive best practices in DevOps and FinOps, manage Cloud resources and subscriptions, enforce role-based access controls, and optimize performance and cost across multiple environments. Working at the intersection of IT, analytics, and clinical operations, this leader ensures that the analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Power BI, M365) are resilient, compliant, and well-integrated with enterprise systems (Ex: such as Epic) and other SaaS solutions. They collaborate closely with partners across Information Security, Data Governance, Cloud Engineering, and Business Analytics teams to ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, PHI protection) while advancing modernization and AI-readiness goals. This role requires a balance of technical depth, operational excellence, and strategic vision, combining infrastructure expertise with strong collaboration skills to enable a trusted, performant analytics environment that empowers data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years of relevant experience including three or more years in a formal or informal leader position is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, network and systems engineering, information systems, software engineering or related fields is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in enabling cloud-based infrastructure for data, analytics and AI is preferred.
  • Experience working with Epic System (EMR) platform is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Formal leadership experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of data privacy standards and security best practices is preferred.
