About The Position

Overview The Manager of Enrollment oversees daily enrollment operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of health insurance applications. This role focuses on operational execution, team supervision, and coordination with sales leadership. The Manager of Enrollment reports directly to the Director of Inside Sales and plays a key role in improving enrollment efficiency, quality, and accountability. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day enrollment activities for health insurance and related products Ensure enrollments are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with state and federal regulations Oversee enrollment workflows, systems, and documentation standards Resolve escalated enrollment issues and carrier-related discrepancies Supervise enrollment specialists and support staff Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to enrollment team members Assist with onboarding and training of new enrollment staff Maintain staffing coverage to support sales volume Reconcile enrollments between sales records, carrier confirmations, and internal systems Identify, investigate, and resolve missing, declined, or incorrect enrollments Track discrepancies, submission errors, and correction trends Partner with Sales, Finance, and Compliance to ensure accurate reporting and payouts Ensure adherence to all regulatory, carrier, and internal compliance requirements Support audits, quality reviews, and corrective action plans Maintain accurate enrollment records and documentation Track and report enrollment metrics, turnaround times, and error rates Provide regular updates and reports to the Director of Inside Sales Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams to improve processes Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy. Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times. To work remotely, it is expected you will have a reliable, nonpublic high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in all work-related activities. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager. Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in health insurance enrollment, operations, or sales support
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of enrollment systems, CRM platforms, and carrier processes
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Anticipate needs in a proactive manner to increase satisfaction.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify any bonus/commission structure prospectively at any time for any reason.
