Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Employee Relations team, ensuring fair treatment of all employees.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align employee relations strategy with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance to leaders on various employee relations issues, including performance and corrective actions.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve employee relations matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations, ensuring compliance and sensitivity.
• Support Employee Relations Representative in daily operations.
• Develop and update employee handbook policies with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Deliver training for leaders to minimize risk and promote fairness.
• Leverage trends and data to preemptively address potential employee relations issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and act respectfully, building trust throughout the organization.
• Ensure adherence to regulations on workplace accommodations and disability support.
