About The Position

Manager of Decarbonization Engineering (Fort Wayne, IN and travel required 10% time nationally and internationally to other plants). Lead and manage key decarbonization projects across steel mills, support renewable and clean power programs with power demand and curtailment data analysis. Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering plus 3 years’ experience in engineering in steel or related heavy industry. Must be proficient in Low Carbon Capital Planning, Financial Modelling and Cost Benefit Analysis; CompactLogix and ControlLogix; ModBUS RTU, TCP/IP, ControlNet, Device Net, EtherNet/IP; Python; SQL Server, MySQL, Microsoft Access and Excel; VMWare, Qlik Data, Power BI, and SEEQ Process Analytics. Full time.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• 3 years’ experience in engineering in steel or related heavy industry
• Proficient in Low Carbon Capital Planning, Financial Modelling and Cost Benefit Analysis
• Proficient in CompactLogix and ControlLogix
• Proficient in ModBUS RTU, TCP/IP, ControlNet, Device Net, EtherNet/IP
• Proficient in Python
• Proficient in SQL Server, MySQL, Microsoft Access and Excel
• Proficient in VMWare, Qlik Data, Power BI, and SEEQ Process Analytics
