NAMI Chicago seeks to fill gaps in Chicago's mental health system, with an intentional emphasis on serving underrepresented populations and breaking down barriers to care. NAMI Chicago is seeking a dynamic Manager of Crisis Intervention Training to lead the design and implementation of impactful, human-centered trainings that equip learners with the skills and knowledge to effectively and safely respond to individuals experiencing mental health crises. While law enforcement audiences are a priority, this role also delivers training across sectors, including public safety and emergency services. This person will play a pivotal role in managing operations, maintaining training quality, providing training, and maintaining relationships with external partners. The ideal candidate brings a passion for mental health education and experience managing training programs, within crisis intervention, that bridge systems, communities, and care.
