About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Creative Strategies, the Manager, Creative Services and Production is responsible for leading the strategic vision and execution of all creative deliverables across the organization. This role oversees the development, production, and delivery of high-impact marketing, advertising and communications assets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and organizational goals. The Manager is accountable for building and mentoring a team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, video producers, and external partners, to deliver best-in-class creative solutions that drive engagement and support business objectives. This leader collaborates closely with marketing, digital, and communications teams to ensure creative output is consistent, innovative, and measurable. The Manager is responsible for managing workflows, budgets, and timelines for all creative projects, and for implementing processes and technologies that optimize production efficiency and quality. The role requires a results-oriented mindset and the ability to set strategies that deliver measurable business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in creative services, production management, or related roles.
  • 5 to 7 years management experience with proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple media.
  • Experience with creative project management tools and production workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of creative strategies that support brand and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of creative production, including design, video, photography, copywriting, pre and post-production planning, staging scouting, writing, editing and producing, and print/digital asset creation.
