As Manager of Consumer Experience (CX) Design within our Digital team, you will drive the vision and responsibility of providing world-class user experiences and lead product design globally for Sanofi products and ecosystem in our R&D and employee experience domains. You will partner with CX strategists, researchers, Product Owners, and engineering teams to develop amazing user experiences. In this role, you will play a key strategic role in shaping and driving the future of Sanofi CX by exemplifying thought leadership, providing mentorship, and managing talented teams of product designers. This position requires a blend of product vision, organizational leadership, and a high bar for craft. You will drive collaboration, transparency, and clarity between multiple teams and functions while cultivating a culture of user-centric design. Top-notch Product Design capabilities and Human-Centered Design process and methodologies are a must.
