In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity to Resolve inbound consumer inquiries via phone and email, while updating internal systems Utilize Sales Force to manage cases Become a product expert and navigate Keter’s Product Site (PIM) Actively listen to customers and express empathy for their needs Troubleshoot products issues using probing questions to determine root-cause to solve the consumer’s inquiry Deliver superior customer service through first call resolution Use strong time management and organizational skills to meet goals De-escalate upset customers by solving their problems
