About The Position

Fuel the excitement of race day! As the General Manager of Concessions, you will lead operations with precision and passion. You’ll oversee all facets of concession service, from staffing and inventory to guest experience and sales performance. You will build a high-performing team and ensure an exceptional and efficient food & beverage experience for every fan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in foodservice or hospitality operations
  • Proficiency with inventory systems and financial reporting tools
  • Proven experience managing large teams in high-volume environments

Nice To Haves

  • ServSafe and food handling certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day concessions operations across all stands and kiosks
  • Lead and develop a large team of supervisors, leads, and hourly staff
  • Collaborate with culinary, finance, and HR departments to meet business goals
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and food quality standards
  • Analyze sales and labor reports to optimize performance
  • Manage inventory control and product ordering
  • Drive training, onboarding, and retention strategies
