Position Summary: The Manager of Compliance Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the compliance department, ensuring consistent and efficient workflow across the Cleveland, Lorain, Detroit, and Pennsylvania portfolios. This position oversees and monitors the workload among compliance staff, including managers, specialists, and assistants, to maintain equitable productivity and timely file turnaround. The manager ensures that all new move-ins, recertifications, and interim certifications are processed and approved within required agency deadlines. Additionally, this role includes reviewing and monitoring HUD billing cycles to ensure reconciliation between property management and compliance teams, as well as maintaining oversight of recertification schedules and monthly compliance tracking to ensure all regulatory timelines and performance standards are met. The pay range for this position is $85,000 – $98,500 commensurate with experience.
