(Will also consider senior level candidates with applicable experience) POSITION SUMMARY The Manager of Codes and Standards plays a critical role in ensuring enterprise-wide compliance with applicable codes and standards across operations, regulatory, engineering, construction, and EHS&T functions. This role is responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of company standards that adhere to regulatory requirements while integrating industry best practices. Key responsibilities of this role include overseeing QA/QC processes, conducting After Action Reviews (AAR) and Root Cause Analyses (RCA), and fostering continuous improvement. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of federal and state natural gas codes, standards, and industry trends. The Manager of Codes and Standards proactively monitors and evaluates external rulemaking activities, assessing potential impacts on the organization, and communicates findings to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, the role serves as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on federal and state code interpretation to internal teams and business units.
