The Manager of Capital Improvements and Development is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing the company's capital investment strategy, growth initiatives, and supporting acquisition evaluations. This role sets strategic direction for all capital projects and facility expansions while managing a team that executes these initiatives across multiple sites. The position oversees capital budgets ranging from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of dollars annually and plays a critical role in shaping the company's long-term growth trajectory.
