SUMMARY We are seeking a Manager of Business Development to own and grow our affiliate channels and strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, managing, and optimizing partner relationships that drive lead generation at attractive unit economics, and deliver on strategic objectives. This is a highly visible and impact-oriented role. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable with numbers and negotiations, and energized by clear goals and performance-based compensation. Success in this role is measured by partner-driven performance and business impact.
