What would you do as a Manager of Business Analysts The Manager of Business Analysts at VillageCare will play a pivotal role in shaping the Strategy & Analytics team by establishing a robust framework for analytics and reporting across the organization. This innovative position goes beyond simple requirement gathering; it demands a thought leader who collaborates strategically with the technical team to develop integrated analytics solutions. As this is a new role, you will have the unique opportunity to build and lead a team of Business Analysts, effectively bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Business Analyst experience in health care setting ideally on the payor side
• 2+ years of managing a team in similar role.
• Familiarity and ability to write simple SQL statements to review data.
• Experience with Tableau or other visualization software as an end user
• Experience running effective meetings and working sessions with various stakeholders.
• Must have an understanding of Medicare operations compliance and drivers of health plan success
• This position requires a minimum formal education of bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• In addition experience working with healthcare consulting firms is a plus
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMP certification or other applicable certifications are highly desired
