As our Behavioral Services Manager at our new Riverside ABA Clinic, you’ll do more than run operations. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (required) with concentration in a healthcare-related field or Business Administration (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, applied behavior analysis, or related behavioral services, including leadership and team management.
  • A strong understanding of healthcare compliance, documentation, and service workflows
  • Comfort with technology: EMR systems (EPIC preferred), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet), and HR/payroll tools
  • Emotional intelligence, clear communication, and a calm, centered leadership style
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to plan ahead, pivot when needed, and keep things moving

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Behavioral Services Department, ensuring care quality and efficiency.
  • Support scheduling, workload balance, and team coordination onsite, as this is a 100% in-person commitment.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Define what “excellent care” means and make sure your team delivers it.
  • Implement systems to track, measure, and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Use data, insight, and compassion to make informed decisions and solve real problems.
  • Monitor team productivity, financial targets, and budgeting to help make adjustments where needed.
  • Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and bring ideas forward with confidence.
