Overview Job Summary: This position is responsible for strategic and operational ownership of the ServiceNow platform at HealthEquity, including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps, integrations, and platform governance. The role leads ServiceNow engineering, delivery execution, and vendor management while ensuring platform stability, scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- 5+ years of experience managing a team
- Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
- Strong ServiceNow best‑practice experience across design and implementation
Responsibilities
- Owns the ServiceNow platform roadmap, backlog prioritization, and release planning across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps, and custom applications.
- Serves as technical and operational owner of the ServiceNow platform, including availability, performance, upgrades, data integrity, integrations, and security posture.
- Oversees ServiceNow development portfolio ensuring delivery of critical and high-priority initiatives while balancing operational stability and technical debt.
- Leads ServiceNow engineering standards including CI/CD pipelines, source control, deployment automation, and environment governance.
- Manages external ServiceNow delivery partners, including demand intake, capacity planning, quality assurance, and performance management.
- Partners with IT and business leaders to design future-state ServiceNow capabilities aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Develops SOPs, standards, and governance models to ensure repeatable, reliable ServiceNow operations.
- Leads incident triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives for platform reliability.
- Drives automation and integrations across enterprise systems to reduce manual effort and improve data flow.
