The HB Analytics, Reporting and Variance Manager is responsible for the trending, impact reporting, and payment variances for the company. Leads the daily operations of the department and oversees the billing software contract build and maintenance for expected reimbursement accuracy. Serves as Administrator to Patient Accounting third party reporting software to include maintaining custom dimensions and updating all mapping, creating and maintaining dashboards, and developing ad hoc reports as needed. Ensures contract accuracy and manages AR to ensure optimal cash collection rates.
