The Manager of Advancement Support is a key leadership role within the Advancement Department and will work closely under the supervision and direction of the Vice President of Advancement. This position will be responsible for the efficient, accurate, and strategic management of all operational and administrative functions that enable philanthropic growth. This position oversees gift processing, database management, event logistics, and administrative support while coordinating the transition to a new Donor Relationship Management (CRM) system. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Advancement, the Manager of Advancement Support will implement new programs as directed and help position the department for increased fundraising success. As the department grows, this role will increasingly contribute to frontline fundraising activities. This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference.
