Position Summary: Serve in an integral leadership role within the Advancement and Marketing team and report to the Vice President, Advancement & Marketing. Responsible for planning, managing, and executing activities that increase, diversify, and sustain philanthropic support for Easterseals Redwood from individuals and corporations. Leading a team of professionals, responsible for the mid- and major gifts, planned giving, annual giving, corporate partnerships, and donor stewardship. Bring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership, with the ability to clearly communicate plans, progress, and results to senior leadership.
