About The Position

In this role, the Manager will oversee the development and design of guided scheduling pathways that enhance patient access and elevate the overall patient experience. They’ll integrate enterprise access strategies within structured design frameworks, leverage advanced technologies, and collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams across NewYork‑Presbyterian, Weill Cornell Medicine, and ColumbiaDoctors. They’ll also manage end‑to‑end implementation for contact center and digital deployments – defining scope, coordinating timelines, and ensuring successful delivery. Partnering with Training and Quality Assurance teams, they’ll help ensure access designs are translated seamlessly into real‑world workflows. This position is based out of our corporate office in Midtown Manhattan and will work full-time Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with internal policies
  • Comfort working with technology to effectively complete job responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree
  • RN licensure
  • Experience in a shared services and/or contact center environment and with healthcare operations
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (e.g., Epic) and CRM tools
  • Experience leading in a high‑growth, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to incorporate user experience (UX) design methodologies
