The Manager of Patient Access manages the outpatient call center scheduling and referrals. Actively ensures collaborative relationships with leaders, providers, and other stakeholders across the organization to manage departmental performance and results. The Manager analyzes data and assesses processes, continually looking for operational efficiencies and improvement opportunities related to quality, patient satisfaction, revenue, and staff productivity. Responsible for workflow development, goal setting, monitoring team and individual performance and setting action plans for all areas of responsibility. Salaried /Exempt Monday - Friday
