Job Summary Responsible for managing the implementation, achievement and ongoing success of the American Nurses Credentialing Center Magnet and Pathways designations for the Sugar Land campus. This position supports clinical excellence by providing operational oversight through monitoring and evaluation of systems, patient and workforce outcomes, processes, and culture. This position assures alignment and standardization of system processes and reporting of nursing quality and applicable operational metrics. The position collaborates with Memorial Hermann Institute for Nursing Excellence (INE), staff, leaders, and providers at the facility and system levels to create, innovate, advance, and sustain Magnet and Pathways designations. Reports directly to the campus CNO. This position also has matrix reporting to the Director, System Nursing and Clinical Excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing, required
• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
• Five (5) years of healthcare experience working in a clinical setting required
• Experience required in change management, project management, and evidence based practice, quality improvement, data analytics, or research
• Knowledge of related regulatory, accreditation, and designation requirements
• Planning and organizational skills
• Effective presentation, mentorship, and coaching skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Effective computer skills (Microsoft Office and other relevant programs)

Responsibilities
