The Manager, Non-Gaming Revenue Audit leads the daily operations of the Non-Gaming Revenue Audit function, ensuring the accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of revenue from non-gaming operations. This role oversees the timely completion of revenue audits and month-end processes while ensuring compliance with Enterprise policies and procedures, Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), gaming regulations, and applicable laws. The position also supports strong internal controls and financial integrity across non-gaming revenue streams. Empower your Future: The Work You'll Lead Oversees the accurate and timely completion of all non-gaming revenue audits and income journal entries for Mystic Lake Casino and Little Six Casino, including but not limited to Hospitality, Hotel/Retail, and Cage operations. Ensures all revenue generated by non-gaming operations is properly recorded, reconciled, and fully supported by appropriate documentation. Leads the month-end close process for non-gaming revenue, including variance analysis, issue resolution, and preparation of related financial reporting. Oversees the collections process in accordance with the System of Internal Controls and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act; ensures regulatory compliance through monitoring and reporting requirements related to Title 31. Produces and analyzes financial reports, statements, and projections to support operational and financial decision-making. Participates in internal and external audits, coordinating responses and providing required documentation and analysis. Evaluates accounting systems, processes, and internal controls and recommends improvements that enhance accuracy, operational efficiency, and protection of financial assets. Leads and develops the Non-Gaming Revenue Audit team by recruiting and selecting talent, providing training and coaching, establishing clear performance expectations, and supporting ongoing professional development. Ensures team members are trained and current on applicable policies, procedures, gaming regulations, MICS, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
