The Role Treaty Oak is seeking a Manager, New Projects to manage the evaluation of acquisitions and the siting and origination of greenfield projects. The Manager will coordinate the multi-phase due diligence processes and assist in the execution of key workstreams across the Company’s prospective pipeline of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Development Services. This position will collaborate closely with the Investments M&A Team and TOCE subject matter experts. For this high-growth opportunity with exposure to significant deal flow and access to key decision makers, a successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in project development, business development, greenfielding, and/or M&A at an independent power producer. The candidate should bring some combination of experience in mid- and late-stage project development, greenfield prospecting, business development, and/or M&A due diligence processes. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and translating technical information to non-technical audiences. Experience working at an independent power producer is required.
