About The Position

This leadership role is responsible for driving strategic, high impact improvements across new business and service delivery. This role will partner with leadership to modernize processes, optimize technology adoption, and foster a continuous improvement culture to enhance customer experience profitability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving efficiency and engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7 – 10+ years in operations with supervisory responsibilities, preferably within insurance or financial services
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Business or related field
  • Extensive experience in new business processing, agent phone call support, and concierge agent support.
  • Strong understanding of insurance distribution models and administrative systems.
  • Passion for improving the agent experience.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements and meet operational benchmarks.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities along with stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team development and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Transformation: Develops long-term operational roadmaps, aligning company goals for growth and efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Identifies and implements improvements in new business and service delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Measures productivity, sets KPIs, and utilizes data analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Project Leadership: Leads, manages, and executes complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and time constraints.
  • Change Management: Drives cultural transformation by coaching, mentoring, and preparing team members to adopt new processes.
  • Technology & Innovation: Collaborates with IT partners to optimize technology, automation, and operational initiatives.
  • Supervision: Oversee team member management including performance management, salary planning and administration, training and development, workflow and organization planning.
