Role Description: Management of Transaction Committee Approval Process Review and challenge of Transaction Submissions Support NBG Lead in challenging, enhancing and globalisation of Transaction Frameworks Policy and Procedure management, enhancement and globalisation Reporting and presenting to Risk Management forums Ownership of Business relationships Participating in IT Development, UAT and release Breach Investigation and write up Support the operation of Senior Risk Management Committees

Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Solutions-driven: Able to garner support across a broad and varied group of individuals in various functions and at all levels of the organization, capable of understanding diverse and complex issues and identifying and proactively driving resolution
  • Excellent communication skills both written/verbal must. Able to understand and summarise issues and solutions at a high level, ability to interact with the most senior individuals Globally, both in the business and the control functions
  • Strong team player and quick learner.
  • Understanding of financial products

Nice To Haves

  • AI skills desirable.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, Python desirable.
