At AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future—you’ll build it What you’ll do: Team Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and manage teams of technicians, leading regular huddles, assigning tasks, providing feedback, training, and coaching, and evaluating performance. Project and Operational Management: Oversee network projects and daily operations, ensuring timely task completion, coordinating with departments, maintaining service levels, and managing costs and workloads. Compliance and Performance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, monitor performance metrics, increase productivity, manage budgets, and report operational issues to senior management. Compliance and Safety: Conduct in-field safety and quality inspections, ensuring all activities comply with regulations and enforcing safety protocols. Risk Management and Problem Resolution: Identify and mitigate potential risks, manage escalations for high-severity network issues, resolve complex problems during outages, and handle customer complaints. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, budgets, and resource allocation, reviewing work order close-out narratives, key metric reports, and time entries, and generating project status reports. Schedule and assign work for both routine and preventative maintenance. Ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of complex Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems Oversee the maintenance and repair of both standby and prime power generators. Lead a team of mechanics in performing routine diagnostics and scheduled preventative maintenance on generators. Ensure generator systems are in a constant state of readiness to provide backup or primary power. Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to Underground Storage Tanks. Plan for long-term capital improvements, such as replacing aging equipment. Oversee facility improvement construction projects. Perform or provide training and safety evaluations on various equipment including Bulldozer, Skid Steer, Excavator, Front End Loader, Snowcat and Off-Road Vehicles What you’ll need: As a Manager-Network Services, you will oversee the daily operations of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues. Typically leads occupational staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates. Oversee and optimize the planning, deployment, maintenance, and performance of network infrastructure, directing and developing teams to ensure seamless connectivity, compliance with company and regulatory policies, and the efficient operation and support of a broad range of services, including wireless, wireline, VOIP, video, and data. What you’ll bring: Required Experience: 3+ years of network-related technical experience, some of which was in a supervisory role.
