Job Description Summary: This position is responsible for managing, coordinating, and performing Net Revenue projects assigned by the Director for all OhioHealth entities. Responsibility includes maintaining the contractual and bad debt reserve models in a method that is accurate, conservative, and consistent. In addition, oversight of all related functions including but not limited to analysis, balance sheet reviews, external audits, budgeting/LRFP is required. Communication with other support departments is key, including Financial Reporting, Revenue Cycle, Reimbursement, and Hospital Support. He/She is responsible for working independently with minimal direction and also is responsible for providing guidance to the staff. As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
