About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Market sales team in the AMS West region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the mid-market segment, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective team leadership and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 5+ years in sales or 2+ years leading a team, with the ability to act as a catalyst
  • A firm understanding of Cloud computing, SaaS offerings, and software subscription business models
  • Business/Sales Development or direct sales management experience in enterprise software sales or equivalent
  • Experience with sales force automation and sales engagement tools
  • Travel for training or meetings may occasionally be required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Mid-Market sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the AMS West region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their performance and career development.
