About The Position

Johnson & Johnson is seeking the best talent for a Manager, Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents to lead the design, deployment, and scaling of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents across the enterprise. This role will champion innovation, drive adoption, and ensure the responsible use of AI technologies to enhance productivity organization‑wide. The preferred location is Raritan, NJ. Other NJ/PA sites are options plus other locations listed below. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of overall professional IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on work with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) or related cloud technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot suite, Power Platform, Graph API, Azure, Entra ID, Purview, and related technologies
  • Methodological Expertise: Working knowledge of DevOps, Agile, and ITIL frameworks is preferred.
  • Compliance Awareness: Demonstratable experience in compliance standards including GxP, PIIT2/T3, HIPAA, SOX, and related processes such as testing and reporting is preferred.
  • Systems Integration: Experience in connecting to business systems and orchestrating multi-step workflows.
  • Adoption & Insights: Proven ability to instrument adoption metrics and leverage insights to inform training initiatives or drive product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Copilot architecture, with particular emphasis on data management, privacy, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate proactively with Business Technology teams to effectively communicate the benefits and functionalities of Copilot and Copilot Agents.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the architecture of Copilot Agents, including integration with Graph API and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Design, develop, and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) to evaluate whether solutions meet business needs and are feasible
  • Contribute to the development of governance frameworks for Copilot Agents, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and responsible AI practices.
  • Engineer prompts and workflows that are tailored to specific business scenarios, thereby optimizing Copilot and agent performance and value delivery.
  • Provide technical support by troubleshooting issues and maintaining comprehensive documentation to support enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish processes for provisioning Power Platform Environments, ensuring Copilot Studio DLP Policies are properly implemented.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and manage a comprehensive inventory of Copilot Studio Agents, related environments, DLP Policies, and licensing.
  • Partner with colleagues to identify and quarantine unauthorized Copilot Studio Agents, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
  • Contribute to the implementation of agent lifecycle management processes, supporting ongoing effectiveness through teamwork and shared responsibility.
  • Foster and grow a Copilot end user community using Viva Engage and other adoption channels
