The Membership Engagement Manager plays a strategic role in developing long-term relationships with members throughout their lifespan. Reporting to the Associate Director, Member Engagement and working closely with the other Manager of Member Engagement, this role is responsible for setting and executing a comprehensive membership growth and engagement strategy various cohorts, with accountability for acquisition, retention, engagement outcomes, and associated dues revenue. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and cross-functional influence, partnering closely with Marketing, Education, District Branches, and external vendors to design, implement, and optimize programs, communications, and benefits that address the evolving needs of members. The Manager translates data, market insights, and member feedback into actionable strategies that strengthen the membership pipeline.
