The Media and Integrated Marketing (MIM) Manager, serves as one of the Company’s media and integrated marketing experts. Reporting to the Director of Media and Integrated Marketing, the MIM Manager is responsible for the strategy, planning, implementation, and optimization of media and maximizing our partnerships with our agencies. Working with the Marketing Commercialization team, they will lead “media to cart” communication planning. The media and integrated marketing manager must understand strategy and activation of eCommerce/retail media, social, media partnerships, influencers, digital and traditional channels to build omnichannel plans. The media and integrated marketing manager, will interact frequently with senior stakeholders, requiring strategic capabilities, strong influencing and communication skills, and exceptional collaboration.
