About The Position

The Manager of Belmar National Accounts, MedQuest Pharmacy Sales, and WorldLink Leads is responsible for both contributing to sales and managing a sales team. The primary goal is to achieve sales budgets, drive client and revenue growth, and effectively utilize WorldLink leads across Belmar pharmacies. This role involves collaboration with the Director of Marketing and the Director of Sales to enhance customer experience and oversee sales activities at events, ensuring a smooth operation for MedQuest accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales management and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the compounding industry, particularly HRT.
  • Ability to articulate benefits of core formulary products.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in telemedicine sales.
  • Knowledge of thyroid medications and hormone replacement therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the sales budgets assigned to the team.
  • Drive client and revenue growth across Belmar pharmacies.
  • Leverage WorldLink leads for sales opportunities.
  • Oversee Belmar representation and sales activities at WorldLink events.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience for MedQuest accounts ordering across pharmacies.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for national telemedicine clinics and WorldLink leads.
  • Achieve sales goals for national accounts and MedQuest pharmacy division.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for national accounts.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, including clinical liaisons and sales reps.
  • Act as a clinical sales liaison to provider call points, understanding the compounding industry.
  • Monitor customer activity levels to maintain business and prevent loss to competition.
  • Gather competitive information and monitor market conditions.
  • Ensure positive client relations and high customer service standards.
