About The Position

You will be the Manager, Materials & Processes for the Materials & Processes team which is responsible for advancing low observable material technologies for specialized platform applications. What You Will Be Doing As the Manager, Materials & Processes you will be responsible for leading a unique facility and engineering team dedicated to the development, manufacture, and transition of cutting‑edge low observable materials. Your responsibilities will include: Lead development, manufacturing, and transition of Low Observable Material technologies. Define site‑level strategic vision and create roadmaps for team growth and success. Conduct design analysis and collaborate with LM disciplines, universities, and external partners. Produce technical white papers, proposals, and presentations for internal and external customers. Oversee equipment maintenance, capital planning, and budget/resource management. Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in creating and production of thin film materials
  • Experience developing, qualifying, and transitioning various LO Material types to production
  • Experienced in Material Characterization Test Methods
  • Experience with building and cultivating customer relationships
  • IRAD & CRAD management skills
  • Ability to obtain a TS Clearance
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
