As the Marketing Manager for the Dealer Sales Channel, you’ll champion marketing strategies that empower our dealer partners and bring our iconic brands, SINGER®, HUSQVARNA® VIKING®, PFAFF®, and CREATIVATE™ to life across North America. You’ll lead channel marketing plans from strategy through execution, manage a direct support role, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Creative, Digital, and Education teams to deliver cohesive, high performing campaigns. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, retail marketing, or a related field; experience supporting dealer or specialty retail networks is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Familiarity working within independent or specialty retail channels, including dealer networks, family‑owned businesses, or entrepreneurial owner‑operators. Experience selling or marketing within a sewing machine dealership is a major plus.
  • A customer first mindset and the curiosity to explore new ways to elevate the dealer experience.
  • A collaborative approach that welcomes diverse perspectives and strengthens cross functional partnerships.
  • Clear, transparent communication to internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong project management skills, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with performance marketing, CMS platforms, or SEO/SEM best practices is a bonus.
  • Experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or B2B/B2C campaign management; sewing or creative industry background a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for the North American Dealer Sales Channel, delivering campaigns that drive growth and strengthen partner engagement.
  • Manage and develop a Dealer Marketing Specialist, setting clear priorities, coaching performance, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative team dynamic.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align marketing messages with channel needs, share performance results, and maintain transparent communication with dealer partners.
  • Manage alignment on Pricing & Promotions, including how, when, and where promotional strategies will be used across the Dealer channel to protect brand equity, avoid channel conflict, and support sustainable growth. Influence Dealer Wholesale Specials and stay informed on the latest MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) updates to help guide clear, channel aligned promotional decisions.
  • Equip Dealers with performance marketing best practices, sharing how to grow their local business through email marketing, paid social and Google ads, SEO improvements on websites and business listings, and strategies for optimizing map search visibility.
  • Oversee creative development for dealer-facing campaigns, instore marketing, digital assets, and monthly promotional initiatives.
  • Support go-to-market planning for new products, ensuring flawless launches and alignment across brands.
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Performance Marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns, maintain CMS content, and deliver measurable results.
  • Represent the channel at trade shows, customer meetings, and webinars.
  • Track KPIs, report ROI to leadership, and continuously test new ideas to drive channel improvements.
