Cintas is looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate to become a Marketing Technology Manager who will work on our Digital Technology team. This position will manage and be responsible for all elements of the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack that supports business growth and demand generation campaigns. This position will be entrusted with managing and implementing comprehensive marketing technology solutions that will scale across the enterprise, ensuring their seamless integration across our existing systems, and leveraging data to guide strategic business initiatives.

  • Oversee the entire marketing technology stack including content management systems, buyer enablement tools, website personalization, marketing automation and related marketing technology platforms, and ensure alignment with company-wide business objectives and drive cross-functional impact.
  • Design, implement, and oversee sophisticated marketing technology solutions that align with our business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize to drive company-wide utilization and ensure peak efficiency of technology.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing technology solutions with our enterprise-level systems and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and data consistency.
  • Leverage marketing and business data to extract insights from B2B customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends. Utilize these insights to guide our strategic business decisions and optimize overall martech effectiveness.
  • Lead a team of martech professionals, provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively and partner with cross-functional leaders within marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and synergy of technology solutions with overarching marketing and business goals. Serve as the primary liaison for all marketing technology-related inquiries and issues.
  • Lead and manage complex marketing technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on-time and within budget, while meeting high standards of quality and performance.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with marketing technology vendors, ensuring they deliver innovative and high-quality solutions and support.
  • Stay at the forefront of the latest marketing technology trends and innovations. Regularly assess and monitor existing martech investments to ensure all capabilities are fully utilized, keeping team informed of feature updates and their potential impact on marketing objectives. Propose new martech investments that will drive marketing success and maintain our competitive advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional work experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of managing marketing technology solutions and driving impactful projects.
  • At least 7 years of experience working with martech solutions such as CMS, marketing automation, marketing analytics tools, and buyer enablement tools.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the capability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously and ensure their successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Strong analytical prowess, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
