Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in marketing leadership.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in real estate marketing preferred.
• Proficient in digital tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
