This role is pivotal in shaping the marketing direction for properties by engaging with various stakeholders to create effective marketing strategies. You will lead initiatives that align property branding with financial objectives while monitoring performance metrics to ensure optimal results and ROI. This position also focuses on continuous improvement through team training and collaboration, making it essential for enhancing marketing effectiveness across real estate operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 5-7+ years of marketing leadership experience.
  • Strong process and project management skills with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
  • Ability to organize and manage productivity, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric orientation.
  • Experience in building relationships with team members and external vendors.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in talent acquisition and team development.
  • Proficiency in digital tools for project management, including Microsoft products and virtual meeting software.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with real estate operations leaders and marketing teams to develop marketing playbooks and individual property strategies.
  • Serve as the marketing voice on teams overseeing property performance, identifying trends and making strategic recommendations.
  • Maximize revenue by managing advertising spend effectively and ensuring compliance with marketing budgets.
  • Conduct training sessions for property teams on marketing tools and best practices.
  • Monitor business activities that impact marketing strategies and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration across marketing functions to enhance service quality.
  • Lead marketing strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage marketing team members while fostering a positive work environment.
