About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead across the consumer journey, evolving marketing capabilities for omni-channel personalization.
  • Understand the executive and luxury market, focusing on consumer behavior of senior roles.
  • Manage digital marketing platforms including email service providers and marketing automation tools.
  • Conduct high-performing marketing to achieve AIP KPIs.
  • Drive loyalty and preference with the audience to create high customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Strategize and execute a full-funnel experience from awareness to member engagement and renewals.
  • Develop an Integrated Content Marketing Plan tailored to the Executive Network audience.
  • Manage digital direct-response marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee marketing operations including CRM and marketing automation systems like Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Partner with analytics to monitor and optimize audience engagement and experience.
  • Measure effectiveness and ROI for the Executive Network's marketing efforts.
  • Manage SHRM's marketing technology and tools for the Executive Network.
  • Build relationships with sales and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Manage agencies and partners for various marketing services.
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate within a matrix organization to align resources for market-level implementation plans.
  • Manage a multi-million-dollar budget to ensure effective ROI.
