About The Position

The Manager, Marketing – Demand Generation is responsible for executing and managing digital campaigns (paid search, social, email) as well as supporting our overall digital presence. Additionally, this role will have full ownership of execution, analytics, and reporting across digital channels facilitating Ultimus Fund Solutions’ growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or another related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in financial services.
  • Experience running multi-channel digital campaigns including copywriting, creative oversight, execution, optimization, and reporting with proven success in email marketing, lead nurturing, digital marketing, and lead generation programs.
  • Management and leadership experience.
  • Digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Google Analytics, website CMS, and marketing platforms, specifically HubSpot.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adobe Acrobat.
  • Aligns associates with company values and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and implements strategies across digital channels to increase awareness and build pipeline in collaboration with marketing and business development leadership.
  • Owns digital channel campaign strategy, goals and objectives, and budget allocation for key business lines and products.
  • Owns SEO/AEO and SEM strategy.
  • Creates, launches, and optimizes the assets for multi-channel programs including emails, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
  • Manages paid media execution including audience building, creative, testing, tracking, and budget optimization.
  • Creates and manages lead nurture, re-targeting, and re-engagement strategies.
  • Tracks and reports on key KPIs including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, channel spend, and pipeline attribution.
  • Owns dashboard creation and management for the business development team and executive stakeholders.
  • Owns HubSpot CRM and integration with Salesforce, managing segments and lists, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Creates and manages landing pages, forms, workflows, and other dynamic content via HubSpot.
  • Mentors associates through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and advising on methods used.
  • Strategically collaborates with sales, subject matter experts, and the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that build awareness and pipeline.
  • Contact as needed with clients regarding general information, resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements.
  • Contact with members of team regarding social media content and digital event landing pages, promotion, tracking, follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc.
  • May perform other duties as required and assigned.
