Manager, Logistics - FP&A Needh am / Hybrid The Log istic s FP&A Manager will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams and executive leadership as it relates to Supply Chain and Operational expenses. The primary focus of this role will be to support the annual budget and m onthly forecasting process, as well as to prov ide actiona ble anal ysis of vari ance drive rs to key busines s partners . This position will assist in improving financial status through management and optimization of Supply Chain and Operational expenses and cross-functional implementation of financial processes as they relate to Supply Chain and Operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Maximi z e business performance by working closely alongside, challenging, and influencing the Lo gistics Operations t eam.
  • Proactively work with the Logistics Team to identify , analyze and exploit business opportunities ( e.g. RFP bi d evalu ation s , networ k optim izations ), intervene on fundamental issues, and provide financial leadership on strategic projects.
  • Drive the preparation of L ogistics investment projects including relevant analysis of and advice on the investment that is applied for as well as execution of post-audits where relevant.
  • Support the business planning cycle of Logi stics Strategic Action Plan, the Annual Operational Plan and Latest Estimates including providing relevant challenge to Log istics VPs
  • Monitor actual cost development vs. Budget/LE and provide early warnings on deviations. Present results to the Logi stics Team.
  • Ensure finance involvement in the S&OP process to secure a cross-functional Logistics perspective and alignment with the various Latest Estimates.
  • Monitor and develop insight on the quantitative and qualitative (financial and non-financial) performance of the L ogistics function and communicate this insight through the preparation and delivery of streamlined reporting including commentary.
  • Establish and implement policies and processes within the L ogist ics f unction to ensure the integrity of accounting records and financial information.
