This role will lead the administration and reporting of disability and leave programs across the organization. This includes designing strategies, ensuring compliance, improving processes, resolving issues, analyzing data and trends, and managing services provided by external vendors. The position acts as the subject matter expert for different types of leaves and ensures all programs comply with relevant regulations. This position leads and develops a team of leave specialists while driving strategic improvements, ensuring compliance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver a consistent and supportive employee leave experience.
