About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Learning Technology and Analytics Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of learning technology ecosystems. This role will focus on automating workflows, integrating data across platforms, and enabling actionable insights to support both self-led eLearning and facilitator-led learning experiences. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker with a strong background in learning technologies, data analytics, and process automation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, required.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning/HR technology management, workflow automation, or data analytic, required
  • Proficiency in HRIS/LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, GHR), SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI,)
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (SQL or Python,)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning Technologies, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, preferred
  • Experience with automation tools and webhook-based integrations, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated workflows for learner enrollment, progress tracking, and completion across LMS, LXP, and other learning platforms.
  • Integrate learning systems with GHR and other enterprise tools to ensure seamless data flow and learner lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, and webhooks to enable real-time data exchange and event-driven automation.
  • Leverage automation platforms to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and secure handling of employee learning data across platforms.
  • Use Google BigQuery to query and analyze large-scale learning and HR datasets.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize learning engagement, completion rates, and impact metrics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for learning interventions.
  • Collaborate with business owners, instructional designers and facilitators to align technology solutions with learning goals.
  • Support the delivery of hybrid learning programs by managing tools for virtual classrooms, assessments, and feedback.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Establish documentation and SOPs for learning technology operations and data handling
  • Ensure secure and compliant communication using Microsoft Outlook-based tools and enterprise messaging platforms.
  • Proactively evaluating learning technologies, analytics tools, and processes to enhance user experience, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in learning tech and analytics, identifying opportunities to pilot, implement, and integrate new solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of future technologies.
