General Summary: The Manager of Learning and Development is responsible for leading a team of entry level to experienced professionals focused on designing and delivering information about ConnectWise suite of products using multiple media platforms, primarily through a custom Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role supports the Education teams in both administrative and technical aspects of CMS by creating curriculum, deploying, and maintaining learning content.
